Rodney Washington at Comparion Insurance Agency

Pretty ridiculous to have Liberty Mutual push leads to the Comparion website, where you submit all of the information again for a quote, the redirected to call the agency. Call a city-specific number for Mesa to have an insurance agent leave on open air hold listening to them breathe waiting for a different agent cause he cant quote Mesa on the Mesa Contact number. 5 mins out that on hold waiting and I disconnect. As a first impression the lack of care, customer service and attentiveness is a red flag. Clearly theres no need for new business and no focus on service cant imagine what thats like in the event insurance claims come up.

Iestyn Dulais was very patient with me as I asked so many questions, which he quickly answered for me. He educated my husband and I on available policies that would benefit our current circumstances, and found us a good auto/home insurance company with upgraded coverages and additional add-ons. Ultimately he saved us a great deal of money as our previous insurer charged us about the same, but with less coverage. While researching different Agents to help us find a good insurance policy, Iestyns name came up on almost all searches I looked into. I highly recommend contacting Iestyn if you are looking into adding or changing your current Insurance policies.

Normally you don't get all gushy talking about your insurance agent but in this case it is warranted. These guys saved me over $14,000 annually on my auto/home insurance (and I didn't lose any coverage - as a matter of fact my deductible is less now!!). Yes you read that right, saved $14,000/year!! I was getting screwed by my previous insurance company Farmers, who I had been with for over 10 years. There was no benefit to being loyal to Farmers! Juan was who I worked with and he was AMAZING. Customer Service was phenomenal. Thanks guys for providing an alternative with great customer service and savings to boot! I would highly recommend working with these guys!
