I just want to take a moment to share with you what a wonderful employee you have in Marina Maroquin! She saved the day for us. Our Mortgage Co. erroneously appointed us with another HOI policy on top of the one we already had with you. They claimed we didn't have HOI. Then they said they showed a period where there was no coverage. Trying to navigate their phone tree, explain our situation to their multiple client handlers, providing all the documentation PHH Mortgage asked for through their electronic client handling system was getting us nowhere. We had done all they asked, yet they still were charging us for an additional more expensive HOI policy of their choosing. We finally reached out to Marina for help. She answered her phone after hours and worked on our situation on her own. She solved the problem with PHH Mortgage overnight! She's a miracle worker and her customer service is at the level of unheard of in this day and age! Precision Insurance is awesome! I went to Clint with questions regarding a condo policy I had with another company. He took the time to review the policy and answer all my questions in terms I could understand. I ended up purchasing a new policy through Precision that gave me the exact coverage I needed at a much more reasonable price. No pressure. No over coverage. Just what you need. Highly recommend!!!

Clint takes care of all our personal and business insurance. He is great at making sure you have the proper coverage for the stage of life you are in. He gives you his honest opinion if you need coverage for certain aspects and can skip coverage in other areas. He tailors the policy to your true needs. He does not do cookie cutter policies and significantly cuts coverage just so he can win your business with the "cheapest" policy.
