        We talked to an employee in the flooring department who was helping us secure an installation from a company who he said Lowe's had a long working arrangement with for 18 years. On our second visit to Lowe's two days later, we asked to speak to the original Lowe's employee and were told he didn't work there any more. The second employee said they'd been doing business with the installers for two years. We the installers finished the job, they missed some spots where they should have put grout. Rather than fix it then, they put it on us to buy more grout, but they never regrouted the spots. Also, our son noted that our garage door had been hit by someone who'd never reported it to us. One area of the half-bath's luxury vinyl planks had been installed but damaged by one of the installers. We were not happy with the installers' lack of professionalism.
