Good customer service but very poor product and don't even bother buying their warranty also don't leave a review until you have your product for at least a year that's when he started noticing poor quality

The first first employee who greeted us and checked on us a couple times was really nice. But when we were ready to purchase we couldn't find the guy anywhere so we grabbed an elderly woman to help. This woman was so arrogant and rude. If they weren't going out of business I would've wanted to speak to the manager. So if you're going for the Final Blowout liquidation sale. Just avoid the old crotchety woman and you'll be fine.

The quality of the furniture is decent for the most part, but I really don't appreciate being harassed by the sales team the second I walk through the door. I like to browse, not get horribly pressured to rush a decision...

Pay via credit card so you can get your money back!!!! Check the names of the furniture, this place sells a bunch of junk unknown branded furniture from China. They used to have decent quality, however, it has gone COMPLETELY downhill. I would not even waste a moment with this company. So happy I paid via credit card so I was able to get my money back. I ordered 4 items. 2 items that were in stock and took 3 weeks to arrive. When they finally did, they were broken and leather was torn in many places (talk about quality, right?). Apparently the items couldn't even make it through the delivery process. I'm SO glad I found this out sooner than later so I didn't get stuck with this junk. We ended up going to Living Spaces in Scottsdale. Price-wise was about the same, and the quality was much better.
