Ordered same day delivery for my moms 87th birthday. It was delivered within a few hours of my placing the order online. They communicated with me about modifications to my order. Very pleasant experience and very reasonable price. My mom loved her arrangement. Thank you.

Truly excellent customer service! The shop went above and beyond in every way including with delivery. They remained in contact with me to show me the flowers that were being delivered and called me when trouble with the delivery occurred (not on the florists end). It felt like I had a friend helping me achieve my mission of bringing smiles to a friend. I wish I had more people to send flowers to in the area so I could use them again and again! Highly recommend.

I had an exceptional experience with Red Mountain Flower Delivery! I am from Pittsburgh PA and I searched for florists near my cousin who lives in Mesa Arizona. I looked through the options of multiple florists, but was immediately drawn to Red Mountain's selections. They are so unique and not at all cookie cutter. I called and spoke with Shelby, who was so helpful and understood why I thought the arrangement I selected was unique and special. She helped me work through the logistics of ensuring seamless delivery to the apartment complex, things I hadn't thought of (e.g, Does she live in a gated community? Do they need a gate code?). I wouldn't have thought of these things living in Pittsburgh. :-) Red Mountain sent me images of the final product and notified me when the flowers were delivered. This is old fashioned services provided in an online world! I HIGHLY recommend Red Mountain Flower Delivery if you live in Mesa or are delivering flowers to a loved one in the area. P.S. My cousin sent me the following text: The flowers you sent are the prettiest, and I received a lot!!
