Don't shop at this place. It is the worst florist service you could pay for. They charged me and disappeared. Their phone service was out of service and they didnt answer by email, after several attempts. The only thing they did efficiently was charging me for the product. I ordered a flower arrangement the day before a friend's birthday and the flowers allegedly arrived very late at night, when she was already asleep. It was stupid! I expect a refund, but they won't even answer calls or emails. DONT BUY AT THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!

This has been hands down the most frustrating online order scam that I have been through. The Tilted Tulip and Flowers of Queen Creek are evidently affiliated. I found this after completing my online order from Flowers Of Queen Creek and receiving an order confirmation for what I actually ordered and for the amount that I agreed to.
Then a receive another email from Tilted Tulip Mesa for a different amount ($20 more) but with the same order information. I then attempt to call and inquire about the over-charge amount and have yet to speak to anyone since, which at the time of this review has been 6 days.
I have left multiple messages for both Flowers of Queen Creek and Tilted Tulip and have not received to date any return phone call. Initially there was no room left to leave a message on the Tilted Tulips voicemail box but I was able to later in the day, which I think confirms that they are getting their voicemails.
Either way no one from either business has called me back which is very frustrating.
I have also emailed them repeatedly and reached out to them via social media, and again no response other than some one typing in all CAPS asking about what the name on the order is when I had asked them a lot of questions.
As I do more research on these two linked businesses, which by they way I should have done BEFORE I ordered from them, I see that they have a rash of negative reviews and their response always seem to just be arguing and written in all CAPS, and never seeming to own any of their mistakes or bad business practices. They also have a BBB rating of an F, again not good.
I have been charged an amount greater than that which I agreed to on the website, that is a scam by my definition and I require a refund after cancelling my order days before the goods were to be delivered, which by the way never were.
Avoid these two businesses in my opinion and do your research on anyone before giving them your credit card number!
Update: Tilted Tulip finally responds to me via Google maps review, now claiming that they called me! Lol no calls were ever made to me, how about just answering your phone? Also what do you have to say for yourself for selling me an item and then charging me a more expensive price without even notifying me? Even your business locations for flowers of queen creek and tilted tulip are bogus! I was going to come visit and discuss the scams in person but it a fake location.

UPDATED: As the owner notes, the order was delivered late Friday, just an hour after I posted this review. However, nothing else in my review has changed. I received no updates about the delayed order, no response to my email outreach, no one answered the phone, and the voice mail system at the business was inoperable and did not allow me to leave a message. I also have pictures. They come nowhere close to the fullness, quality, quantity, nor product advertised. To be clear, I would have paid any amount to get flowers to my sister. However, the cost did not match the value. I will not recommend nor again support this business.
So far, Im giving one star. Today is Friday. I ordered online at 1:40 pm on Wednesday and received an order confirmation and receipt via email. Delivery was supposed to happen on Thursday. My card was charged Thursday. As of today at 5:30 pm, there is still no delivery. I called all day. No answer. No VM can be left because the mailbox is full. I submitted a request to look into my order via email and received an automated response.
I just want my sister who is sick hundreds of miles from me to get flowers. Ill order elsewhere and file a dispute with the bank. :-(

Dont order flower delivery from here. These guys really blew it. How Embarrassing! Ordered online and payed. The flowers never showed up for special occasion.
