We are very pleased with our new floor from Native. Steve Watley was our salesman. He was very knowledgeable and responsive. I spoke to the office staff and they too very helpful. The team that put the floors in were on time and respectful. Steve said the job would be done in two days, and it was! Amazing! Thank you!

We had to fix the master bedroom due to the pets and had trouble finding a place quick. I reached out to native and had quote and scheduled install quickly. The installation was smooth and very quick. The final product is fantastic and we are thrilled as are the dogs. The sales representative was fantastic and brought sample I had chosen to the house so I could see them and feel them in place. I was glad as I chose the more physical textures option of the two primary choices I had. Excellent all around service and satisfaction! Thank you

We received quotes from Native Interiors for all new LVP throughout the entire home and a shower remodel (rip out the old shower and build a new tile shower). We did the shower first, and to be honest it was the most stressful project we've done to our house so far. The sales rep (who was awesome) and I went over everything in detail since we were extending the shower to come out a few more inches, adding a small step shelf and adding a recessed shelf for toiletry storage. I was handed over to the project manager who was very prompt in collecting the first 50% payment. From there I worked directly with the sub-contractors. After the first day of them framing up the shower, I noticed that all they did was frame up the existing shower space - missing the three items we outlined in the contract and paid for. After many calls to the PM and the sub-contractor, I called my sales rep. The next day the sub-contractor and I went over the details - he threw the PM under the bus. The PM finally called who threw the Sales rep under the bus. It was so incredibly unprofessional and stressful. I had to basically project manage the entire project, even running out to Home Depot when I noticed at night that they were low on materials and trying to find out what time they would show up the next day. Two of the days I had workers in my home where no one spoke english, which made it extremely difficult for communication. And you better believe I got a prompt text from the PM on that last day asking for the other 50% to be paid. At the end of the day, the tile work was really nice (aside from the fact they permanently put in silver metal finishings instead of the oiled bronze we agreed to) and I do have a beautiful shower (hence the two stars instead of one), but I'm constantly reminded of the pain I went through to make sure it was done according to our contract. I let the company know about this experience in a survey I took because I didn't want anyone else to go through this. They called and left a message. I called back. Nothing since. We are obviously going with another company now for flooring. I would not recommend them for any of your home improvement needs.

Contracted with Native Interiors to install vinyl flooring in my master BDR and bath. Amazing service, great staff, installers were prompt and very professional and Kelly and other staff kept in close contact with us throughout the process. Pricing was fair and they stand by their work. Couldn’t be happier with their service and will be using them again shortly for other areas in our home …
