I joined this gym when someone else took over. A couple owns it now and totally remodel it. It's very nice!! I love the owners they are very nice and caring people. I get along with all the staff members to the point I feel like they are my second family. I feel so comfortable in this gym. It's like a second home. I wouldn't want to workout anywhere else. It's never crowded and the people who workout here are usually nice and considerate.

The owner Cindy Kemp of Snap Fitness Mesa is a very rude person. I have been using Snap fitness Mesa AZ location recently and this was a big mistake..My home gym (Snap fitness Gilbert) for the past 7yrs is much more family oriented with attention and respect to the members.... We, the members of Snap Fitness pay the bills. Without your members you don't exist. Your corporate office needs to know about how you treat your members. Anyone reading this, do yourself a favor and stay away from this gym...Snap Fitness Gilbert is so much more member friendly...

Staff is always ready to help with any need and the gym is very well maintained and clean. The new owner is wonderful and even some days brings her sweet pooch that is well trained. Over all as great gym I would recommend to anyone looking to be in a good environment and improve their health.
