I always have excellent service and care. Appointments are easily arranged and there is little to no wait time once in the office. Dr. Shockey is thorough, kind and personable. I am grateful to be in his care.

Dr. Shockey does a thorough job of asking questions about my health concerns in a professional manner. If I need to have a lab test or procedure done, he always makes sure that I understand why he is recommending it, what to expect, and if it will be covered by my insurance. He doesn't make me feel hurried during appointments, and he treats me like a friend rather than a patient. I would recommend him as a primary care physician to young and old.

Best health care ever! Dr Shockey has the "knack" for making me feel comfortable and relaxed no matter what my health need. I feel confident in his abilities and knowledge as my doctor. His follow-up has been excellent. (He even did follow-up of an emergency situation for my grand-daughter while he was on vacation.) A doctor who truly cares!
