People don’t have all day to wait for women testing, EVERYtime I come in to the location there is no women testing available or they “ have to call someone” EXTREMELY rude noting a lot of people come on there lunch due to their bizarre hours. I prefer to go to the downtown location, looks a lot better and the staff is WAY more helpful vs this Mesa location

BEWARE. I filed a complaint against TASC. Their filthy surroundings and the trashy, rude staff working there was something I refused to do. TASC responded with such outragous lies it was apparent that my original thoughts about this facility were accurate. And TASC the reason I won the fight never to step foot in that place again is because the Gilbert Judge agreed with my claims not the rediculous lies you told.

I simply had a question about having issues with logging into the OnTASC app. The lady that answered seemed to not really know how I should go about fixing this. I get that she didn’t create the app but she could’ve at the very least directed me to someone who could help me out. Anyhow I decided to call a different location somewhere North West from this location and they immediately transferred me over to a lady who knew what I needed help with. It turns out my referral had expired. It took the Phoenix location less time and brain power to give me an answer. Either the lady at the Mesa location really didn’t know or she refused to assist me with my situation. Either way whatever it was it still makes her appear incompetent for the job. I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt and assume she simply didn’t know. I would still rate this location 3 stars because this is the only issue I’ve had with this place. The workers don’t make the rules but they should at the very least understand how to solve simple problems like this. I know it was simple because it only took the other location 2 minutes to figure it out. Oh and they really ought to stop assuming everyone who walks in or calls is a bitter loser. I’m sure there’s quite a handful of negative ones who come into this place but to treat us all like we’re all the same is ignorant so I would appreciate a little decency when interacting with customers. I work customer service too so I know what it’s like to deal with rude people but I never assume every customer is a douchebag but I get that it’s a protective mechanism people use.
