Hello and thank you for your response. We understand that as employers, we sometimes have to make difficult decisions about staffing caregivers for our our clients, who are some of the most vulnerable members of our community. Sometimes in response to these difficult decisions, employees become upset and choose to leave untrue and hurtful reviews, out of their own anger. The person who left this review is a previous employee who has already had one review removed for violating Google's review policies. Unfortunately, due to privacy laws, we are unable to speak in more detail about this situation but we trust that anyone reading our reviews will see that we have a long history of providing excellent care to members of our community. We stand by our history of excellent reviews and wish this person luck in their future endeavors.
