They ripped me off after approaching me at an event in Downtown. Promised I’d be reimbursed and then gave me the run around for around 200$. How is this place even in business still

I was pushed my Mickey 760 980 5667 @ the Del Mar Fair. I had a 2 month long issues with obtaining my refund of $50.00. I should of know this organization was SHADY when I spotted Mickey smoking pot behind the fair grounds. I have footage to prove it!!! Afterwards he returned to his station under the influence of drugs! The customer service UNPROFESSIONAL representatives @ 866 223 4731 are beyond rude. I cancelled on 6 30 2019 and I’m still waiting for refund check. I was told by Adam (Supervisor) today that he doesn’t know when it will be mailed but it was processed over a month ago!!

They are scammers,don’t trust this people. I was pushed to pay $50 cash to install internet during the home garden show. I cancelled the service from my previous provider for the day they suppose to come in.,and purchased a router for the installation.The sales rep Robert Martin lied to us. The technician suppose to come the 05/08, no call no show up ,after contacting the sales rep I was told the following Friday ,another time no one show up, they didn’t even have the decency to advice me about it.they left me without internet for more than 10 days now. I called the customer service , this lady Bree was very rude and not willing to help at all..no empathy,she didn’t care. I asked for the supervisor, she finally had the “courtesy”to let me talk to him.he promised to send me someone the same day and seemed concerned about the situation, he promised me to have a follow up in 30 minutes..of course he didn’t contact me.instead I’ve received another call from this unpleasant person Bre , who asked me for my credit card Info trying to schedule another appointment 5 days later ,like what other lies ?!?I just want my money back ,,if I will ever see my money back!!

Worst company ever. TOTAL SCAM. They are often at expo shows and some department box store trying to sell you TV service. DO NOT BE FOULED! They lie, mislead, and will do anything to get you into a contract.
