        Turkey was Boars head, but the meat was hard and not good. Lettuce was old, bagel wasn't toasted. Not impressed.

        As a transplanted New Yorker, I know a good bagel. Went to Kokobelli and was impressed by the menu of bagel sandwiches with a fusion of Southwest flavors like jalapeo cream cheese. Cheerful staff too :)

      Wow you're complaining about three different companies here! Usually mess ups happen at any business but you're actually complaining about a product that is rated top in the nation and about a bagel shop that is one of the busiest, that says it all about your opinion. We are constantly bombarded by other bagel shops that don't even compare to our quality and this is their only way of competing.
