    If I could give zero I would. Andrea and Tier C are extremely rude. Tier C may be monotone however he is still rude and has been each time I have come in previously. I asked him to check my battery which he did he had indicated that it was in warranty when he checked. After he checked he said it wasn’t from there and that it was from Walmart. I had him recheck and it wasn’t even for the car I had inquired about (which that’s another issue in it self fue to us having to buy a new battery because he supposedly couldn’t find that 2016 Corolla battery) but anyways. I said ok. I asked what amount for a new battery’s was and then when he checked he proceeded to say “I’m assuming you want me to install it” which I answered that his assumption was correct. And I proceeded to apologize for my ignorance in regards to where the battery was from as I just had gotten my car back. So fast forward I’m waiting on the phone with Walmart to see if it’s cheaper and Tier C checks for a cheaper battery. Another customer comes in and Andrea (Drea or whatever is on her badge) helps a Hispanic customer who has a language barrier and is extremely rude with him. I finish my call and by now I’m fed up with both their nasty attitudes. I ask Tier for his boss name and she interjects asking what was the problem that she’s trying to help me and whatever else she was saying. I proceeded to tell her that their customer service was terrible and that they had nasty attitudes towards the customers. She proceeded to say that I was having a bad day and that she want rude. I indicated that, that right there was terrible customer service and that the way she was speaking to the other customer was nasty. Tier C finally went to the back for the managers phone number. They are always rude and nasty here. Except for this one white guy who’s always chill and willing to help. I can’t stand workers who are rude and nasty with customers. Umm if you don’t want to work with customers then don’t work somewhere that customers come in looking for help.
