    San Tan Collision center is a nightmare! DO NOT TRUST THEM OR GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF! I would give them zero stars if it were possible because they don't deserve a single one. I had the clutch in my 2005 Honda Accord completely repaired by my mechanic and personal friend TWO WEEKS prior to my accident. Not only did they take almost a MONTH to fix the damages caused by the accident, they called me when the repairs were almost complete to tell me that they drove my car 2.5 miles and the clutch went out! The clutch I just had completely fixed!! They would not pay for the damage to the clutch that they obviously somehow caused, and would not take responsibility for what happened! They are the crook mechanic and repair shop that you hear horror stories about! STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

    They were an amazing body shop while they were around. The men who worked there knew exactly what they were doing and I happen to know a lot of them that worked there. The parts coming in was a little slow and that resulted in the loss of business. However, that does not mean they were horrible or bad mechanics. So don't listen to the Dick who reviewed it named Paul. He can have his ghetto buddies fix up his car and have him get into another wreck. SANTAN COLLISION IS MISSED!

    I had my civic in there 3 years ago for some rear end damage. The car had only 240 or so miles on it, so it was in showroom condition, minus someone rear ending me. They were easy to work with on insurance and used OEM, not aftermarket parts. They had my car for a week. After I picked up the car, there was a rattling in the trunk/rear area. Not only that, the interior of my car was dirty, the a/c vents looked like it was 2 year old car, not a one month old vehicle! They must have left the windows down the entire time my car was there. I put up with the rattling for a while because I couldn't find the time to go back in and drop it off. Once I was able to make time for an appointment, I went in and tried to explain the problem to them. They drove the car around a bit, took it out back, and couldn't find anything. They said to make another appointment and leave the car longer because nothing stood out and they would need more time. I then brought the car in again and this time I went on the test drive with their techs and sure enough, there was rattling to be heard. They eventually found a clip that came loose and was rattling in the pan apparently. I got the car back and it's still rattling. It’s very frustrating having a new car that is a rattle bucket. They do have a lifetime warranty on their work but it’s hard to keep taking time off from a job to track down the problem. I think they have had enough chances too. Sigh

    I would have to start out by saying that I have never, in my life, ever, had such a disgusting customer service experience. To start with I given completely wrong information when I first called to see about bringing my car in for repairs, and was told that i wouldn't need any information with me, that I could provide my attorney's contact information, and they would take care of the rest. This was not the case, though they did, however, take my car. The next day, after calling me directly, and not my attorney as I requested, I provided the insurance information they needed. From Wednesday to Monday the following week, not a single person in that office was able to lift a finger to call the adjustor to get the information they needed to start the repairs. After expressing, politely, if a bit exasperatedly, that I was unhappy with the customer service, I was told to take my business elsewhere. Needless to say, I would never recommend this shop to anyone, for any reason.
