I came across HPS Law Group by trying to gather information on how to complete a Provisional Patent Application on YouTube. I clicked on the video from Maker's Meetup and was walked through the steps by Clark Proffitt. His video was the most thorough I had seen and a tremendous help. I was able to complete the necessary paperwork and file my application with the USPTO. I was so happy I was able to do this portion of the process but I still had questions and I am fully aware filing a nonprovisional patent is a lot more complex and is strongly suggested to get the assistance of an attorney. Because of the video I decided to reach out to the firm via email and immediately got a response. Burt Skiba suggested a consultation to discuss my idea, address questions and concerns about the remainder of the process. After my conversation with him, I feel confident that HPS Law Group is the law firm I would like to work with and have complete the remainder of the necessary paperwork to ensure my idea receives a patent. I am looking forward to working with HPS and could not recommend them enough!
