Desert Springs Escondido

Desert Springs Escondido is a lovely facility, spacious, charming and feels like home. Mark and Daniela are humble people who provide exceptional care for all their residence. They treated our dad with dignity, respect and compassion. Memory care patients can be challenging at times but Mark, Daniela and staff genuinely care, taking all things in stride and provided excellent care for our dad. The facility was clean and fresh, bright and cheerful with fresh cut flowers and they encouraged visitors (covid protocols and all). It's difficult at best to leave your loved one in someone else's care but I can sincerely say I trust the care here and know others will too. Thank you for taking such great care of our dad. I have been a hospice RN Case manager for 7 years, and before that an acute care nurse in a hospital setting for 24+ years. I have been exposed to, and visited many Assisted Living /Group Home facilities during my career in the nursing field and Desert Springs is the finest I have ever witnessed. The care that is given to the residents by Mark and Daniella is superb! They are both so patient, caring and compassionate; and the facility is spotless! I would trust both of them with any member of my family, and that is saying something from me! God bless them both!!!
