The office staff have been very helpful and understanding during all the changes. Resident life is pretty quiet and the apartments are comfortable and spacious.

Do not move here. We moved here in the middle of Covid times so we took a risk by not touring it first. Regretfully. The walls/floors are paper thin. We can hear our neighbors screaming at each other or their kids at all hours of the night. The traffic on extension road is louder than any other road Ive ever lived on in Mesa. Maintenance takes literal weeks to respond to a repair request. We couldnt use our second bathroom sink for two weeks as we waited for them to come fix it. Weve had diapers, bottles of unknown liquid, broken glass appear randomly in front of our second floor door. And most recently have had to worry about tweakers breaking into the vacant apartment near us and fearing for our safety. Weve lived here for 10 months and have never had more issues than any other place. We could not move out fast enough. The rent increases are not worth what this place has to offer.

All the Renovations are coming out of our pocket and if you were a current resident before management change, you have yet to see any of these improvements. All theyve changed is the outside appearance of our buildingsThey raised our rent the maximum amount they are legally are allowed, if they could they would charge me much more, I know because their not renovated apartments are running for like $400 more a month. they closed our gym for who knows how long (with no notice) for all I know the gym will be closed for the remainder of my lease. They have construction going early in the morning by the leasing office so Im woken up before dawn because theres construction right outside my window (construction that only makes the outside of the leasing office look nice) They dont respond to maintenance requests, I literally had to call the front office before they closed on Friday so my broken shower wasnt running all weekend because they never responded to a maintenance request I submitted weeks prior. We tried to find a way to cancel but they want over 4 months rent up front. All Ive gathered from new management is they are money grabbers and want you to like what you see on the outside but once youre locked in they stop caring.

I recently moved from California, and before moving into Be Mesa, I researched this place and was skeptical because of the online reviews. Most of the reviews were before the current management company took over. Full disclosure I have worked in the apartment business for over 20 years, so I am skeptical about reviews of apartments. The move-in process was seamless, my unit was in great shape, and the staff was highly accommodating. This place is not the "Walmart" of apartments if you are shopping price. They offer a quality unit significantly higher than other properties. This place is in the middle of a significant upgrade, and I believe in paying for quality. You are getting that here. It's super quiet in my apartment; I have yet to hear any of my neighbors, and having the dog park is great! As long as you follow the lease agreements, living here shouldn't be a problem.
