We had called another company out and after several visits they said I needed a new softener. I called Soft & Pure Plumbing out to get a second opinion and he squeezed me in. He texted to communicate his time and status with me. He came out assessed the problem and fixed it with a fair price! It’s truly amazing to deal with a knowledgeable honest company that wants to be around for the long haul and treat people fairly. He also texted a week later to ask how our softener was doing. Not many follow up these days! Thank you, I will use you when we do need a new Softner and refer to my friends!

They’re great. Far less expensive than most other plumbing companies here and give extras that others don’t. Won’t ever call anyone else.

I hired Soft and Pure plumbing to fix my water valve for my washer. Rigo and his wife came and were very nice and professional. He explained what he was going to be doing and made sure i understood. After he was complete I asked to look at my toilet since the water had been running and he looked at it and fixed it at no extra charge. I would highly recommend them and for sure use them for the future. Thank you for your services.

We had Rigo and his wife install our R.O. system. We recently had them replumb all the bathrooms and the kitchen sink and faucets. They are very professional and they did an excellent job for an extremely reasonable price. I highly recommend their company. We will be using them for all our plumbing needs.
