image I have had my car serviced at dealer since I purchased it 9 years ago and when they wanted over $2K for my front end suspension I had to shop around. I tried several shops and the price was always wavering. When I reached out to Lugnut through email late one night, I was pleasantly surprised to get a reply very quickly from Ray asking some follow up questions to make sure he provided an accurate quote. I expected the appointment to be a ways out but when he worked me in within a few days, then, I made a mistake on the drop-off time at the shop, but they accommodated me and still completed my car on time. Very professional, courteous and my old car feels like it can go another 200K miles on the rough old 347. Thank you to the Lugnut team. No more dealer service for me. Service: Steering/Suspension

image Lugnut was really great the first time around. My husband scheduled a second oil change for the Ford F150. He was told by Jennifer they are not open on Monday and cannot give a reminder phone call when he is scheduled his appointment two weeks in advance. Her customer service is unpleasant! I called her to ask her how much of a credit did we have? She had a attitude in her tone! I explained that her customers of service towards my husband was horrible. She stated that she had an off day and I frankly said you shouldn’t work customer service if you can’t just smile and put your personal life aside for a second.
Today, I called to let her know I will be gone with the truck from 130 till 2. I asked for a better ETA and she stated she can’t do that and recommends we go elsewhere. The oil change was $89 for less than a hours worth of work. I did tell her moving forward we are we’re going to go to Bos Knowns Best. We are going elsewhere because of the horrible customer service I choose to spend my money with someone that has some customer service skills!
My husband asked one of the mechanics to fix my oil leak and we were quoted $300 but it wouldn’t be guaranteed to fix.
We also are business owners and would never treat a customer the way she did.
The mechanic did provide excellent customer service and apologized for Jen’s mannerisms. Thank you!
A month later I called for an oil change on my other vehicle and Jen said she thought she told me to go elsewhere. I told her I like the mechanic her brother in law because he was professional and knowledgeable. She said she needed to talk to the owners about taking us back. I tried with her and I’m sorry but her customer service isn’t up to par. She needs customers service training!

We don’t mind paying your prices! I’m sorry but you are misinformed on what happened. I never had an issue until the third time you guys were suppose to come out to service our truck. Your wife had an attitude with my husband and he said wow thats unreal and we aren’t going to deal with them if she acts like that. I had to pick up my children from school from 1:30-2. Your wife said can’t you use another vehicle. I said no I only have the truck. I was nice enough to communicate with you guys. Your brother was awesome and came out to service our truck. He stated he was sorry for the way your wife handles us and her customer service. As small business owners we wanted to give you guys another try. Moving forward you should train her on customer service skills and if theres a reason not to be nice to customers then don’t answer the phone. Let it go to voicemail!
