He has been out to my house a few times. Once to install a backflow system, once to conduct the required annual check, and once to repair a minor leak. Every time I've called he immediately answers and schedule me in for a visit within 24 hours. His work is very well priced for the great quality work that he guarantees. Would recommend to everyone. I’d like to start with, THANK YOU DAVE! Dave has been such a help through such a headache of a time. In my community in Marana we have to do an annually compliance backflow test, which in 2019 was my first time using Dave. I didn’t know where to look and luckily my fellow neighbors steered me in the right direction. Earlier this year we had a leak and got it repaired, but when Dave did the annual test he noticed it wasn’t the correct piece and wouldn’t be in compliance with Marana water. Right away, Dave called me and gave me the information I needed to fix it. He had told me the 2 options for the backflow but highly recommended a Febco to allow future repairs, when needed. Which my husband and I purchased. When we scheduled the installation, the plumber contacted Dave to go over what needed to be done, and work was done. End of story, right? Wrong! When Dave had someone go back to our house to retest, they noticed the installation was not done correctly. Again, Dave called me right away to notify me of this. He gave me permission to give the plumber who did the work his number. The plumber called and well let’s just say... Dave truly had our backs! The plumber said, “they just asked me to install it and I did.” Dave, “did you let them know that the way it is installed they won’t be able to repair it?” Plumber, “no they didn’t ask” Dave, “you are the plumber. They don’t know about this stuff that is why they hired YOU.” *The conversation was along these lines based off what Dave told me* I really appreciate what Dave did for my husband and myself. He truly did his best to help us out as much as he could. As long as I need my Annual Backflow Test done, there is NO DOUBT he is the 1st I will call to book. Great company! By far the best experience I've had getting a backflow test done. Love the online scheduling, super easy, everything is explained step by step, and Dave got it done so quick! Will definitely be a returning customer!
