U-Haul Moving & Storage of Litchfield Park

STORE ELSEWHERE!! Had a storage unit for less than a week and it was broken in to. I am wondering if there is somehow an inside job going on...too much thievery at this property for it to be not connected to someone on the inside.

I just need to say that this location is awesome, Jaiden who greeted and was super helpful and got Veronica, who was awesome and did above and beyond for me! I had to come back another day and was greeted with awesome service by Hayden, who also was extremely helpful! Again amazing experience and Ill recommend this location to anyone!

Came in for a hitch install was told it would be done in 2hrs. When I get back the location about 2hrs and 15min later 3 guys are standing around. I go to pick up my vehicle at the time I was told just to find out they still are working on it. As I was approaching the counter one of the guys that was standing around pointed to speak with the guy with pink hair. I was then told that it should be done within the next 30-40min. So they basically hadnt even started working on the car. This place is TERRIBLE when it comes to getting something done in a timely manner. This was my 1st and last time I will be coming here. I do recommend going else where with better service.

I loved this place initially because the proximity to where I live but the price keeps going up and still mediocre service. My RV was broken into with thousands of dollars lost and they said that they have no liability and basically too bad. Only one way in/out and they wouldn't help try to help resolve criminal activity with the cameras that they have on sight but a 3rd party off-site maintains recordings

Unprofessional service for propane, the girl didnt bother calling his manager need more classes for propane dispatch
