Got refused a regular cleaning because supposedly I have a disease that I have never been diagnosed with. After they tried changing my appointment date 3 different times they called me and told me I had to pay 160$ out of pocket for a recommendation. All I wanted was a regular cleaning after I refused the treatment Brittany the “manager” hung up on me and refused to take any other calls. Very unprofessional and dismissive.

I want to share my experience of this morning that I had with this dental office, Suncoast in Litchfield Park, Arizona on Dysart Road. Every time Ive gone there for a visit for dental care theres new girls at the front desk and I think this is the problem, they dont know whats going on. They change the receptionist and its their fault for not checking the day before but I went in today to get my crowns on because I have my temporary on right now and my permanent crowns were not in from the lab and I was just entering the door of the dental place when my phone rang and it was them (the dental office) telling me that they had to reschedule my appointment because the crowns were not there. I am 81 years old. I use a cane I go by transportation. Its very hard for me to get a ride and theyre telling me the day of and right at the appointment date that they cant see me. They have to reschedule me they should have checked the schedule the day before to and make sure that everything is ready and if its not they should have called the patient a day before not the day of, if I had a car and I was driving, it wouldve been OK but I do not drive. I dont have a car because of my condition and it is unfair for them to do this to a patient so I hope the front desk staff is better than they were today. The lady said Ill call the lab but I was already there and they werent there. I asked the front office girl to call me when my crowns came in . I have an appointment for July 6 at 9 oclock and I pray to God that the crowns are there. This is NOT the way it should go I know I worked in healthcare and I know. Their charges are ridiculous for dental care and then to be treated like this just not fair!!!

Mel was horrible(PITA), I wasnt informed my insurance plan wasnt in my network! I was over charged for services and its impossible to get them to return my phone calls. Every time I go there its always a new problem they find and of course it costs big $$$ out of pocket. I am going back to Suncoast!

Just received a bill for my cleaning a few months ago. I was with Suncoast Dental. Come to find out they now sold to Westwind and went to bill my insurance but Westwind is not in network. They now want me to pay out of pocket. Not happening as it is not my fault they sold. My contract and paperwork signed was with SunCoast who WAS in network. Called them at 3pm to talk to them and got the answering service as they now close at 3pm even though google still shows 5pm.

worst place to go for your dental need. They just want your money especially front office . One of the office manger Regina she presented the treatment plan with attitude to me. I never seen a mean lady like her that only focuses how to push you to accept the treatment plan. she didn't explain what was the charges break down, when i asked her she just ignored me. i was there a month ago took me a while to share my bad experience from the front office. Thanks god i didn't go back there.
