Rivera Landscape has been our landscape service of choice for the two years we have owned our home. Efrain and crew have provided excellent care of our grass, trees, plants, and the cleaning/maintenance of our water feature. Recently, they replaced a front tree and added plants to our front and back yards. We find them to be professional, honest, easy to work with, responsive to our questions and concerns, and, overall, they provide high quality service for a reasonable price. Thanks, Efrain & crew. Like to leave advertisement s on houses and HOA community's that have NO SOLICITATION SIGNS. I will not be calling them to do business with them because they can not respect my wishes. Attached is a mugshot of the person. Will be filing complaint for trespass: Here is the Avondale CIty CODE: 13-162 - Hours of operation. It shall be unlawful for any peddler, solicitor or canvasser to enter upon any residential premises for the purpose of peddling, soliciting or canvassing earlier than 8:00 a.m. of any day or after 8:00 p.m. of any day. This section shall not be interpreted to grant any person permission to enter upon private property. (Ord. No. 1163-106, § 12, 1-17-06) And... 13-163 - Trespass. It shall be unlawful for any peddler, solicitor or canvasser to enter upon any residential premises for the purpose of peddling, soliciting or canvassing where there is posted a sign indicating "No Peddlers, Solicitors or Canvassers", "Do Not Disturb", "No Trespassing", or other sign indicating that the residents do not wish their privacy to be disturbed, and such sign is exposed to public view. (Ord. No. 1163-106, § 12, 1-17-06) And it looks like all peddlers and solicitors require a permit from the city, which I'd bet a good amount won't have: 13-165 - Permit requirements. No person shall act as a peddler or solicitor within the city limits without first obtaining from the city a permit and identification card in accordance with this chapter. A canvasser is not required to have a permit or identification card but any canvasser wanting an identification card for the purpose of reassuring city residents of the canvasser's good faith shall be issued one upon request. I stumbled on Rivera Landscaping & Pool after searching initially for someone to do a big cleanup of my front/back yard. Due to some personal problems, I needed pretty significant maintenance after about a year of no service. I was able to get Rivera out the same day for a quote with a full front/back cleanup the next day including weeds, tree trimming and cactus trimming. They did the whole job in less than an hour for a reasonable price. Efrain made a comment about my pool which also needed to undergo pretty significant repairs/cleanup and they mentioned they offered these services as well. They were able to acid wash my pool, repair sun damaged Pebble Tec stairs, replace my pool filters/piping (basically rebuilding it) and get the pool back to perfect condition that same week. Truly a lifesaving service and providing both pool and landscaping they saved me the hassle of having to shop around for multiple vendors! Their prices are fair, they are very friendly/knowledgeable and highly professional. While the cost was significant for both, I consider it more than fair and now have them handling both my landscaping/pool needs on a regular schedule all without having to think about either again. I now have a beautiful pool and yard again. I also have a dog door and they have been respectful and careful to not let them out of the gate. Trust these guys with ANY landscaping or pool job no matter how big. The before/after photos speak for themselves!
