Professional! We are happy to have found a "plumber for life" not due to his negligence but real life (I blew out my outdoor faucet, he's coming to fix asap) and defaulty products. He shows up on time and reliably. His wife does the appointments and leaves him enough time to do the job and get on to the next one. We were changing from top loading washer to front loading with dryer stacked on top and needed a line run to the new location of the washer. He worked quickly and it works well, even moved everything into place for us. Great guy, great service.

HIred ROGER to replace a leaking Water Heater. He replaced it on Friday and on Saturday morning new water heater was LEAKING. Several calls to his office on Saturday AND Sunday only let us leave a message and were not returned. We had to have someone else repair ROGER'S install over the weekend to avoid our home being damaged. ROGER's office finally returned call on MONDAY saying "We don't work on weekends". Additionally, they have NO back-up for emergency situations such as ours. They did not offer anything to compensate us for our additional costs to fix, waste of time and limited use of water.
