By far the best customer support I've experienced in ANY service provided. Not to be specific on the issue, but had a personal hardship. Took sometime getting back up and running. The employees in customer support as well as the local office staff here in Lakeside, Az have been amazing. Literally made it possible to keep my kids warm thru winter and kept me in needed proper parent status. Don't write reviews often. Only when it's earned or deserved. This one 110% was both of those. I beleive North Korea has a more stable power grid than Navopache Electric. At home I am serviced by APS. Almost zero issues in 11 years. Just down the road at my office I'm serviced by Navoapche Electric. Constant power outages, power surges, power flickers on and off. Thinking about having a line installed from Mexico, even they seem to have a more stable grid than this outfit. Cant believe how much the electricity is off. If you slip up and are a day late on payment you get shut off, yet when the power is constantly on and off and destroys your appliances it's ok with them. Worst company ever.

Merry Christmas.... no power for 8 1/2 hours on Christmas Eve. Just came on at midnight.
