Amy Telnes Management Services LLC

From 2021 to present, I work with HOA Management Teams in LHC during a Construction Project for ALLO Fiber and when the HOA Board is represented by Telnes Management their staff and Amy Telnes are very professional. I witness excellent representation provided to these HOA Communities by Amy Telnes. She provides a very organized website with all files organized and complete for every HOA Community she represents & she is always present for her Board & it's members.

I am the president of an HOA that Amy manages. I could not give her a higher recommendation. She is always polite and professional. She has photos of all violations as proof of them and then offers directions on how to proceed if there is a dispute. That is then sent to the Board of Directors for a decision. Some owners don't read all of the CC&R's or are not willing to follow them. The board requests that she follows through till the violation is corrected. If the owners follow the regulations, then there won't be any problems. After having two other management companies work for us, we are extremely please with Amy Telnes.
