We have purchased 3 homes with Michelle, two in Lake Havasu and one on the Colorado River in Bullhead City. We live in California and having a realtor that's very knowledgeable and steps up to help out when you're about 300 miles away is a huge blessing! She is a great communicator, gives you excellent advice and is not afraid to negotiate for you. Michelle did a phenomenal job helping us get our lot sold in Havasu! We had tried over the past couple of years to sell using another broker, and then later By Owner; neither with any success. Michelle enthusiastically took on the project and promoted the hell out of our property. Although we had a couple of offers fall through, she never lost that enthusiasm and always kept looking for leads.
