We hired these people Jim & Robin back in January. They do not communicate with the customer. We tried several times and no results. Never again. We started in January and it is now mid July and because of lack of communication with Interstate Steel Structures we won't get it until September. This is not acceptable. Never again will I use this company again for anything. We are very unhappy customers. Go with someone else.

Terrible customer service.  I was trying to get an estimate for a job from them.  The first time, I called and left a message.  Never heard from them.  I called a second time a week later and spoke to a Robin.  She gave me a rough estimate on the phone which I tentatively agreed to the estimate and I asked if they can come by my house to make sure it would be acceptable location to install.  As you can imagine, I did not hear from them.
