        They Left me out on the highway for hours and almost 100° weather, telling me help was on the way when it wasn't, everything is automated I'd give it a minus 10 if I could, if and when you can get a hold of somebody, good luck if you can get past the heavy heavy accent, Allstate has no business being in the roadside assistance business, they're going to if they haven't already get somebody killed.
