If you have HVAC needs, look no further! We are extremely happy with AC & Sons. They provide quality products and quality work. Communication was clear and honest. I would give them a zero if I could.THIS COMPANY doesn't give a DAMN about the customer.   They don't have any customer service.  I made an appointment with the owner, he made me wait 2 weeks then NO CALL. NO SHOW.  He is a dealer for CARRIER A/C......dont use them and choose a unit OTHER THAN CARRIER.  The units DO NOT hold up to TRANE and some of the other units.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR.....DO NOT USE AC AND SONS!!!!!!

Ten years ago anthony told me i need a new gas heater, had Kennedy look at it he fixed the cross threaded thermocoupler anthony messed up, and no new unit and that was ten years ago. Hope anthony learned how to install new parts correctly.

Wouldn't go through anyone else now! Tony came out the the next day after a phone call and fixed what was wrong with our furnace. Had a bad experience with the last company we tried to go through that was reccomended by home depot.

Our heat went out overnight, woke up freezing. Called a few places but none could come right out, then I lucked out and called AC & sons. Big Tony had our heat back on by lunch time! Very Professional and efficient !
