The “host”/ manager lady who lives on the property is a total B. Also many of the people staying here are very unfriendly and just glare at you when you walk by them. I would stay away from staying here.

Scenic, relaxing atmosphere with the scent of pine trees and views of the white mountains. Dog park on premises and a meadow where dogs can run free. Guests meet for coffee and later for drinks in a big tent. Can walk to country restaurants along walking paths. Also nice to bike in the area. We love it here.

Very clean and quiet. Very well kept grounds. Large open field behind the park that gives access to little Colorado River. Spots were a little too close for out liking with a very 55+ vibe with a strong sense of community. Seemed like 95% long term/annual residents. We had an emergency and had to leave before our reservation was complete and Linda was very understanding and accommodating. Would recommend to abound wanting a quiet, calm place to part their RV in Greer. P.S. to the person claiming small spots. 22’ trailer pulled behind an suv and we had plenty of room to camp and park our vehicle.

A little piece of heaven! We love this place. The park is exceptionally well maintained. The owner Linda is so nice and friendly. Easy to make friends and the views are so nice. Thank you Linda!😃
