        Amazing staff and great service!!! The only place I go for all my shipping needs. Able and Angie were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful, thanks you guys are the best!!!

        NOT the place to go for passport photos. Having had some experience as a photographer I know a bit about the craft. The photos are not refundable unless state department returns the photos. Who wants to deal with that? The employee used a flash instead of the overhead lighting. The resulting backshadow made me look like I had giant ears around my head. The not so friendly young employee would not let me look at the results, picked one, processed it and charged me 14.99 plus tax. I did not complain to staff, instead went directly to Walmart where the nice young man took three photos with a much better camera, let me pick one, and processed it and charged me 7.99 plus tax for a much better lit and better appearing photo. My recommendation is to go to GV/Sahuarita Walmart for friendlier, better passport photo service at half the price. Thumbs down on UPS in Continental Plaza fir passport photos.

        Took some Amazon orders for return. Two people ahead of me already being served. As I was waiting, several more people arrived with a long line forming. CSR Able was assisting a lady with a transaction that appeared out of the ordinary as the customer was on the phone at the same time. During this time, Able called on me and began assisting me at the same time. Going back and forth between me and the other lady, Able assisted me while finishing up with the other customer. My transaction needed a bit of extra attention but Able handled it, going above and beyond to streamline two separate brake rotors to simplify my return. Multitasking at its finest with friendly, efficient customer service. Thanks Able!

      Hi there Eric,Our employees are passport photo trained and follow guidelines given by the national passport processing center. We only release photos which meet the US government's standardized requirements, hence the refund policy on our passport photos which we give two of and costs exactly $14.10 after tax. Not every photo we take during the picture taking process meets those requirements as they may not be centered perfectly, high enough, low enough in the frame, etc; which is why we do not give options between all the photos taken.
