Husband had cat scan results should have been back in 24 hours. 12 days later just received after calling looking for. No one advised us that Co merging or whatever. Very poor business practice. He needs surgery and surgeon needs results to cut into. Thanks so much for his extra pain and suffering.

Gave up on trying to get an appointment after being hung up on 3 times in a row. Inexcusable.

My husband had a CT scan almost a year ago. Rapid Sound did not send the results to the doctor. The doctors office requested them on 3 separate occasions, my husband called once and stopped by there location on 2 occasions to request they send the reports. Nada... So let's see. We paid for the CT scan and can't get the results. Unacceptable. This is one of the reasons why our Green Valley doctors ask us to go to Tucson for testing.

Called ahead to ask a question and got treated like I was stupid for asking. I got there and the lady with glasses and brown hair didn't even acknowledge my existence even though she was sitting right in front of me staring down at whatever she was doing and when I said hello she was so rude and acted like I was interrupting her. Hire some decent people to work the front.
