Had a Trane installed 2019 2 yrs Ago technician came out yesterday to change filter he said he had to add a pint of freon and charged me $75.00 i talked to my agent he said the unit is sealed and they would have to fixthe lick before adding freon so i called oasis back and told them what he said they sent the technician back he gave me my check back and said he had to go back up on the roof and take out a pint of freon I did not let him on my roof again they are rip-offs Services: Installation, Install AC

JJ and Chris were absolutely great technicians- I was informed of what they were planning on doing, how they would do it, and of anything that I needed to do. They were extremely polite and conscientious, and asked me about anything that they thought that I would like to provide input on. They covered all of our furnishings near the work areas for protection and even parked their service vehicle on the street so as not to leave excessive tire marks on my driveway on a hot afternoon. Brandi was very professional, knowledgeable. She was a "ray of sunshine". Installation of my HVAC system was completed in a timely manner. Duct cleaning likewise. Brandy kept us well informed and up to date about the difficulties in obtaining our Trane A/C unit due to manufacturing problems and offered various solutions and products to help solve the problem. We were impressed with Brandy from the start and she was always pleasant and available to answer our questions. Carlos and Noel installed our system. They were both very friendly and accommodating, answering all our questions and instructing us on the operation of our new system. They were very thorough during installation and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. We will definitely recommend Oasis Air Conditioning & Heating to anyone that asks!
