This is the best medical place I have ever been to! Staff friendly! Doctors exceptional!!! I couldn't be more happy with this service and I travel from Prescott!!!

Front office staff and medical assistant were very awesome; polite and helpful, however, the nurse practitioner Ms. Santamaria- Cuno, was rude and rushed. She kept me waiting for almost 30 minutes, that's fine, not a problem but when I told her I had written down what I wanted to address she told me, " you only have 15 minutes" so I began to tell her then she told me to wait because she was typing. She asked a couple of questions about my meds and walked out.

TERRIBLE experience. Came back a couple times because hoping it would get better but never did. Sent me to a follow up at another office just for the next doctor to tell me that they didn’t know what they were doing and I was completely fine. Tracy Stricker was always kind but her medical assistant and nurses were always so extremely rude to me and talked down to me. I have had enough of their attitude and feeling like I am a burden to their office.
