So it's been almost a year now, and I need to post a review. My garage door was old as dirt and no longer opening. At first, I thought I just needed to have a spring replaced, but after talking with Fern, I decided having a new door installed was the call to make. Fern penciled me in. As scheduled, Trey arrived on time and prepared to replace the door. As he was doing that, he showed me how problematic my ancient door opener was. I asked if he could replace that, too, and Trey let me know when he would be back. I didn't need to do any extra scheduling or make any phone calls. Trey showed up when he said he would, fully prepared, and I think it was the day after Christmas. Absolute legend. Would recommend to anyone who needs a new door or opener.
