Adelante Healthcare Goodyear

The medical assistant Racquel was AMAZING! She made me feel comfortable and attended to during my visit. I appreciate her wealth of knowledge and experience. She was overall friendly and informative. Alice Proia is great as well. She is always thorough and answers any questions I may have. Both Raquel and Alice make me feel as though they truly care about my health and don’t shame their patients. The only downside to Adelante is the long phone call waits to schedule appointments/ it took 46 minutes to speak with a representative but once I did they were kind and quickly scheduled what I needed.

It's ridiculous! I've tried the past week and so to make an appointment. Every time I call I'm in the high forty or fifties to make an appointment. I don't know about some of you. I don't have the time to sit on hold for half an hour or so. Something needs to change on their end. Next step is finding a new Dr.

I would never recommend Adelante, and specifically I would not recommend Dr. Alice Proia! I have been waiting 8 days now for biopsy results and I just called and spoke with someone in medical records saying they received the results 7 days ago and they aren’t sure why the doctor hasn’t called yet! How unprofessional to leave your patients waiting, wondering if they have cancer. I will NEVER see this doctor again. She rushed my other appointments and made it clear from the start she didn’t actually care about me.

Had an appointment, showed up to it at the Goodyear office, receptionist said I got a call trying to reschedule appointment. Looked at phone records missed calls no call from doctors office. I got no phone call, pure laziness on Adelantes side I will never be back. No excuse for this.
