West Valley National Bank

Seriously the best! We have been with them for years. They made our first business dream come true, and helped us with our paycheck protection during COVID when everyone else was delayed. Now we have just secured a new building for our business and they continue to grow with us and take care of us all along the way!! I have found everyone to be more than friendly when I talk to them for any reason on the phone and feel they really go above and beyond!!

I lost my job when covid hit and I canceled my account. Haven't used the card since then but the employees in person and over phone denied me to close my account. This was an act of negligence of the employees I spoke with and somehow I owe some kind of fee but they never get in touch with me. Im not sure what my next steps will be but this is awkward.

JUST LIKE OLD TIMES! Recently because of mistakenly making a double entry it caused us to have an overdraft problem at our bank.. We were driving along and my wife answered a cell phone call from a lady at the bank calling her by name, exchanged some pleasantries and explained the situation. The lady said there is no problem, she had honored the draft but just wanted to let us know... As soon as we landed my wife called her back getting it straightened out immediately.. We know how blessed we are to have a bank with real people that recognize your voice, call you by name and they actually answer the phone! Our bank is West Valley National Bank... We changed to them when we just couldn't handle any more of the impersonal service at the horrible major bank we had been saddled with.. We stayed but the bank kept changing owners, names and policies with each time getting worse! Yes, we are very proud of our friendly people at West Valley National Bank.....

Crap hours and not enough branches. Who wants to travel half way across the metro area just to bank? They can't even stay open a little longer on Fridays like other banks. Absolutely worthless of a bank.
