Excellent Dental Office. Dr. Lovell is patience kind and helpful. His staff is exactly the same. You matter to them. Sorry right now I don't remember what the other Dentist name is but the one time I saw him he was the same way. They are understanding in so many ways - I am a terrible gagger- they work with and try to make it as easy as possible.

Worst billing practices ever!
Can never get an actual cost they have you sign after they contact your Insurance and then when all the work is done weeks to months later they come up with ridicules amounts due claiming the insurance didn't cover all the costs!
This can only be because the charge more than any other dentist! Then when the submit for example 1200.00 for a service that is normally 1000.00 the insurance does only cover 90% (900.00) and you pay your copay 100.00.....then weeks later you get calls or bills demanding the other 200.00 pathetic! Stop over charging patients!
I know blue Cross Blue Shied didn't want to pay sure they didn't this has happened over the 15 years I used them 10 times out of 12 NEW DENTIST TIME!

New front office person having difficult time with scheduling and phone manners are abrut. To Office Manager and Doctors. Don't loose clients due to poor customer service. Monitor the role answering your phones more closely.

Staff is so friendly and professional. Dr Lovell is so great. He lays out details and doesnt push for work. He wants to know what YOU want and then you discuss with him what is feasible. How refreshing!
