On the Road Again RV Service & Repair

I have made Numerous attempts to contact this company and have left voice mails over the last week or so for service. I have not received any returned calls which directly impacts the professionalism of this company.

Brian came out to my RV to fix a leak, and I couldn't have been happier. He actually was able to squeeze me in, since this is a very busy time of year. I was very appreciative! Great work!

Called and asked If they could preform a particular service on my AC unit, was told they could. Was quoted $270 for service call and diagnosis fee. Upon arrival the technician immediately started telling me I needed a new unit without performing any diagnosis at all. He gave me ridiculously high quote which I denied. When I tried to ask why he hadn't done any diagnosis on my unit he instantly became very arrogant and rude. He informed me I owed $270 for him doing absolutely nothing. I immediately started trying to call the office and they won't answer or return my calls! VERY unethical company!

We needed to get our awing fixed. Been going on 3 weeks already for them to get back to us, I left 3 messages on their voice mail, did not even get a call back , DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, we thought being in the Pioneer R.V. Park and they have an advertisement on the post it board in the lobby, and YES WE ARE All done calling , BAD BUSINESS, Thank You Jim Gissal Lot 477
