Connell was able to stop by and help us out with a furnace condensate freeze that occurred during the Snowpocalypse of 2021 in Seattle 3 days after Christmas. He gave us great insight and was never pushy with his estimates and laid out all our options on dealing with the problem. Highly recommend and will use for future plumbing issues!

It’s Christmas Eve and my parents dishwasher drain hose came loose and sprayed hot water all over the kitchen. Steve and team showed up in thirty minutes and had everything fixed 20 minutes later. They saved our family gathering. Amazing!

Service was fine, not about the service….billing structure, complete BS! I would recommend you change your own water heater nowadays. $2700 for a simple 50 gallon water heater replacement. WATER HEATER IS A MINOR DEAL. Took them 2.5 hours including picking up the new tank. Tank was under $800. I guess plumbers get $1k/hr now! They say they bill on a per job basis, like dealerships, so “it doesn’t cost you more if we go 6 hours” so I get to pay for all the jobs that do go 6 hours. Was told by manager after asking what happened to $150/hr plumbing he said, no way most in town go $300-$400/hr. Ok, fine, I can deal with that, I guess. But that wasn’t the case either. I guess these guys charge double the going rate, because I paid 1k/hr. Moral of the story…. Be your own plumber when possible. Services: Boiler repair, Tap installation
