I experienced the worst management ever in this office in my first visit. I made an appointment with Dr. Nagma Lott 3 months before on 4/22/2022, 7:20am. On 04/21/2022 I received confirmation email, but I when I came to this office, the front desk lady told me Dr. Nagma is no longer with us here so we made another appointment but the nurse told to stay back at the end of the line, so I waited 30 minutes till every one else checked in and then they gave the appointment confirmation letter which was printed and was setting on the printer for 30 minutes.

Cant ever get ahold of them. Im trying to straighten out my meds and an appointment but its impossible to contact them.

I just had my first appointment at this practice today and it was such a pleasant experience. The online check-in they send you a link for was super easy and made actually getting to my appointment much faster. I only had to wait about 3 minutes before I was called back to a room and I saw the doctor in a timely manner. All of the staff were so friendly and nice. I was seen by Dr. Ho who is just extremely easy to talk to right off the bat. She genuinely listened to my concerns and came up with a plan to address them immediately. She has wonderful bedside manner and I was extremely happy with just everything. So glad I seem to have found a doctor who really cares finally!

They are always full with appt, they never have any appt for walk ins. I have been with them for over 20 years ever since Dr Brown left the practice there customer service has seriously gone down hill.

I have been going here for years. Dr. Lott is great, but their appointments are booked out 3 months in advance, which is very frustrating. I will have to find a new office that has more availability.
