After 38 years of private dental practice I decided to sell my practice and merge it with the dental practice next door. I was apprehensive and emotional about this decision, but it was time. I hired Paula Aguayo as my attorney. She was wonderful ! Paula is very knowledgeable about the legal issues involved with dental practice transitions. My case was complicated and took some time, but Paula was always available and worked well with the other attorney. She made sure I understood everything , even though I did not care sometimes. I thank her for her patience! Her fees are very reasonable. I highly recommend Paula Aguayo!!!!!
