D -Ace Hardware

I purchased a side mount grass catcher that was supposed to fit my Poulan Mower. The grass gets caught up in the lower plastic interface and does not send it up into the bag just as if you did not have a catcher at all because of the bag being too high up on the handle. I returned the item with all of the parts, the packaging, and the instructions, and after having ATTEMPTED UNSUCCESSFULLY to make the item work I was told the they would not take it back because it was used. I have no idea how you would find out that it DOES NOT WORK it you did not try to use it. WHAT A RACKET!!!

Went to buy a few things and the place was only half stocked at best. I asked the clerk about it and he said they are trying to get rid of old stock. The stuff I wanted was pretty basic...some guerilla glue, L brackets for a shelf and a light switch. Don't come here if you need something...Walts Ace Hardware is fantastic or break down and head to a big box store. I try to spend my money local but with the lack of stock this place has. It's a joke.
