        These are the most horrible foster homes ever I don't understand why the state is funding them especially the menendota house the people that are hired for these facilities come straight out of prison they teach the kids to vandalize people's property they abuse elderly people the staffers teach the children to be bad and hurt the people around them the children are taught no discipline they're violent aggressive they use foul language the staffers don't watch the children they are horrible people these homes need to be shut down
