DON’T GET FOOLED. Oh, I tried to use this company. I received a referral from a handyman that we use. When I called Mike, he was quick to respond. He asked for pictures of my door and told me it would be easy to fix. Really encouraging. He told me he would be here about a week later between 12 and 1. He didn’t show up. I texted him (this is seemingly how he prefers to communicate). He told me he has something else to do. So, I asked if he would come the next day. No response. I called him again. He said he would be here yesterday between 2 and 3. He didn’t show up. I texted him. He didn’t respond. I called him and left a voicemail. He didn’t respond. It seems that Mike either has so much business that he can’t make good on all of his commitments or he simply can’t get his act together. If you need a job done, don’t waste your time and energy with this guy.

We had 2 Bathrooms we remodeled needing shower doors. Mike recommended Glass Barn Door style vs Glass Double Sliders. They look AMAZING! Mike & Chris were gracious, professional, and focused. They delivered and installed within the time frame as promised, which is tough to do these days with the pandemic impact on businesses. The glass and hardware are extremely high quality, designed to prevent the typical "white" frosting that takes place on lesser quality glass. I would definitely hire Mike again and will recommend him to friends. Services: Door installation, Glass installation

I ordered and paid the deposit for my shower and was told install would be in 2 weeks (longer than other companies). I waited but heard nothing and so the day before scheduled install reached out to Michael, he said my order was “mislabeled” and that install would not be the next day. I asked if he would have even contacted me with this information because I had to contact him. Instead of answering he said he would take $$ off the total. He told me he would let me know first thing the next morning with an update for install. The next day he notified me that the manufacturer had “dropped my order” and that install would have to be another week out. I was very frustrated and asked numerous questions including if I would get a refund on my deposit if I chose to go with another company. He was rude and responded that he was canceling my order and to basically said that I was asking for my glass “for free” when I obviously wasn’t. He was unable to have a conversation with a customer that was understandably frustrated. They lack communication and time efficiency.
