        The distance between a mother and a daughter is not always easy. I went on line to order some flowers for my mother and fell in love with a specific arrangement. I had a few questions about it so I called the florist directly. The customer service was amazing. She was so apologetic that they were all out of the vases ( water pitcher ) and the type of rose that came with it. Disappointed as this is my mom's favorite color. The woman at the floral shop immediately jumped in and offered up what she could make and I was very happy with it. They even sent me a picture of the arrangement! I am very happy with Wolz Flowers and Gifts. Thank you for making the experience less painful
