These guys steal from you.....watch out. They were just evicted from their store on 51st Ave and Cactus. They still have my Ipod, that took them 6 weeks to fix and then they gave me the run around. Telling me I could pick it up at a certain time and then when I get there the store was closed for the day. I used to deal with Gordon when he was the owner, never had any problems. Then he left and Will took over and nothing but problems, they kept telling me my hard drive needed to be replaced, they replaced it twice and the computer still didn't work. Then 6 weeks to fix an Ipod with a broken screen, still worked and played music just needed a new screen. I paid them $120.00 to fix and now I have to go buy a new one as they took off with all of their inventory.

We had to get a computer fixed for our business and these guys were super helpful! They didn't have the used part I was looking for but gave us 30% OFF to help with the expense. Our computer was fixed in less than a week and working great! Will was super helpful and great about following up when the item was repaired. I would recommend them to anyone needing computer repairs!

Computer guys stay open 40 mins just to fix my laptop I know for a fact bestbuy nor fry's electronic wouldn't of stay open an extra 40 mins to fix my laptop no less I bought my laptop from fry's electronic and my charger outlet was Jerry rig computer Guy put in the right Toshiba outlet plug I will refer anyone and everyone to COMPUTER GUYS. They also sell desktops and laptop computer in there and couches you can sit and wait while ur computer gets work on.

First, let me say that I do not offer reviews of stores until I have gone to them for services at least 5 times. In this way, I attempt to remove the new-customer bias. I can say this with absolute certainty; ComputerGuys is a reliable, well-run, and overall GOOD business. The staff is professional and knowledgeable, displaying perfect professional and personal manners at all times. Of the 5 times I have now been in the store, I have only been charged once. ONCE. Each time I went into the store, I needed some form of service, and only when I purchased a computer did I ever have to pay. If your concern is minor, or consultation, you can expect to not lose your arm and leg, like you would at some of their competitors (cough cough Bestbuy). Each time I have gone in to the store, I have recieved nothing but top-knotch service. You might say the waits can be a bit tedious, sure - but when you understand that YOU will receive the same attention as the customer they are currently serving, it is absolutely and undeniably worth it. Other shops place emphasis on quantity over quality, rushing through their customers and offering mediocre quality on their jobs. ComputerGuys takes their time, and makes sure all of your needs are met. That said, they do not bog down the time with pointless chitter chatter - the time they spend with you is productive. They are efficient - sometimes brutally so; i.e, you may find that you will be brought up to the counter, and the pace is in high gear. Stuff gets done here, so be ready for that. Of course... that is HARDLY a complaint. Prices are reasonable, staff is friendly, and (in my experience) there is nothing to complain about. ComputerGuys - if you read this review, let it be my formal "thank you". Your service is exceptional and I doubt I will be using any other computer store for a long time to come. Might even go to your location even if I move across the valley. THEIR SERVICE IS THAT GOOD. Keep up the good work.
