LifeSafer Ignition Interlock

Customer service sucks. Expect to be on hold about an hour every time you call in-even for a simple question. Any business that needs a government to force its clientele needs to fail miserably.

There is no option for zero stars. I called them for a quote, they do not provide national service which I need as I travel. No harm, no foul, they don't offer the service I need. They then called me repeatedly, trying to sell me. I asked politely they stopped, they got rude and combative trying to pump me for a sale. Kept calling. Anyone who treats a prospective customer with belligerence must be a nightmare when they have a contract that is impossible to break and is in control of your driving privilege. I've read the reviews here and I am certain that the 5 Star reviews are bogus. I would not do business with them under any circumstances. Also keep in mind they don't handle all states? What if you move? Take a pass on these clowns.

I have had this inter lock 2 months and I have had to have them replace it 3 times it keeps saying service relay module and won't let me start it do not go with this interlock
